Unadorned Naturalism

Caleb Harper grew up in the foothills of Maine and is a landscape painter, draftsman, and sculptor who primarily creates scapes that reflect the land where he grew up in Madison, Maine. Caleb's work has a rigid and dry sensitivity reflecting Caleb's naturalist style as he captures the world around him, letting the landscape stay straightforward and without exaggeration. He works with pen and ink, oil paint, and makes abstract steel sculpture.
